An industry leader in Hydraulic Valve Actuation (HVA) systems, Sturman Industries developed our first HVA system in 1996. HVA eliminates the mechanical linkage between the engine valves and the crankshaft and allows for fully flexible engine valve operation. “Camless” operation opens the door to improved engine power, efficiency, and emissions. We have systems ranging from the simplest open loop single-lift system to the most advanced closed loop systems with variable timing, lift and valve profiles.

  In 2000, we drove our camless Int'l semi-truck to the top of Pikes Peak. We drove a Camless truck on a 10,000 mile U.S. tour from CA to NY. We have ran our systems up to 15,000 rpm frequency. Camless truck on top of Pikes Peak
