Eddie and Carol Sturman created Sturman
Industries Inc. based on this ideal. The intention is
for team members to "create" a new reality
through our innovative thoughts and positive actions.
Sturman encourages team members to be visionaries and
supports them in applying their initiative, skills and
abilities.

We all benefit from a working environment
that brings out our creativity and cooperation.
Our Our workspaces are open, with lots of natural light
coming in from the surrounding windows with their breathtaking
mountain scenery.
And the many informal sitting areas encourage open and creative
thought and the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas. |

| At Sturman Industries, we are given the freedom to dream;
