Eddie and Carol Sturman created Sturman Industries Inc. based on this ideal. The intention is for each team member to "create" a new reality through their innovative thoughts and actions.

Sturman encourages team members to be visionaries and supports them in applying their initiative, skills and abilities.

Sturman set out to create an environment in which team members felt inspired to succeed and encouraged to be creative.
